Welding testing

After any service operation, each welding machine is subjected to a test weld to 100% confirm the functionality of the machine and verify the readiness of the machine for use in operation.

Equipment cleaning

Cleaning of the device means complete disassembly of the device covers and subsequent very thorough, but at the same time gentle cleaning of the internal parts of the machine, including electronic components, coolers, gear parts of the drive mechanism and others. The cleaning medium is compressed air. It is blown into the device and then, together with the impurities, sucked into a special collection system developed by VALTEC for these purposes. In this way, the spread of dirt and dust into the environment where the production workers are located is minimized, which is usually common practice in this operation. At the same time, the risk of damage to the equipment due to a short circuit from contamination is minimized and the efficiency of the machine's cooling systems is maximized.

Telephone support

Telephone support means that the customer has 24-hour telephone support after registering contacts in the service department, which can quickly identify a potential problem, assess its severity and, in the event of a minor failure, resolve the problem over the phone to minimize production downtime. In case of complicated faults, the service will recommend a possible solution and, if necessary, arrange a personal visit to the service technician at the place of the fault and repair the machine if possible.

24 hour service

24 hour service is a service by which the customer is declared to shorten an unwanted equipment failure in the event of a failure to max. 24h. The service technician will be notified of the problem and will ensure that the customer can continue production with minimal downtime. There will be two ways to solve the fault situation. The first solution is to repair the malfunctioning equipment on site at the customer with the help of available options, skills and spare parts. The second option will be a replacement work machine lent to the customer in the event that it will not be possible to repair the damaged equipment on site due to unforeseen circumstances. Rental of a spare machine will be free of charge for the period of returning the repaired equipment back to the customer.

Kalibrácia zariadenia

The calibration of the welding equipment is performed in accordance with the EN50504 standard, which verifies / validates whether the given welding equipment meets the requirements of the accuracy of the set welding parameters. In particular, the output values of the electric current, voltage and feed rate of the welding wire are verified. This service is used and is primarily intended for operations where higher product quality is required, where the welding parameters that must be observed are precisely determined. In plants where the quality of welds is verified for potential defects. However, it is also often used by customers, who simply want to keep their machinery at a high level, in maximum quality and readiness.

Output protocol

The output protocol consists of several parts. In the first part, the customer will receive a complete report on the condition of his equipment, in case of deficiencies, these findings will be described in the conclusion of the Protocol on inspection of equipment with a description of the proposed solution. In the second part, the customer will receive an Inspection Protocol according to EN60974-4 and an inspection mark with the date of validity of the inspection, which declare the electrical safety of the equipment.
